TCARD01, standard/security 125kHz and mifare cards

To record events on terminals and controllers, we use cards that are used to identify users. The RFID card has several types and operates at different frequencies. The cards are made of quality plastic and are waterproof. For the time and attendance system to work, the frequency at which the terminal and card operate must be the same.

Each card has a unique serial number (it can also be printed on the card in 8H10D format) that needs to be programmed into a terminal or controller (programming can be done using software or directly on the terminal). To read the serial number you can use USB reader.

Due to the use of radio frequency communication (at 125kHz or 13,56Mhz), it is not necessary to slide cards through the terminal. The chip and antenna are completely protected in a plastic housing, which further improves reliability. The process of reading the tag/card in the terminal takes only about 0.1-0.25 seconds, which allows a fast flow of employees. Mifare cards provide a higher degree of security than 125kHz cards. It is possible to print the card number, company logo, employee data on the card ...

TCARD01, standard cards (125 kHz / 13.56 MHz)

125kHz/mifare printable card

For use with standard terminals, we use two types of thin RFID cards (125 kHz and 13,56 MHz (Mifare)) which are used for contactless identification. They are printable and work at a distance of 5-10 cm, which depends on the reader type. There is no mechanical contact between the cards and the terminal, which prolongs their longevity during continuous use.

  • Frequency: 125 kHz / 13.56 MHz (Mifare)
  • Mode: Passive (without the use of power-battery)
  • Data Format: EM4001 / S50, ISO14443A
  • Temperature range: -25 °C to 70 °C
  • Dimensions: 54 mm (H) x 86 mm (W) x 0.8 mm (L)
  • With possibility of printing on it

High-security EV2 cards (13.56 MHz)

125kHz/mifare printable card

For BCM access control, we use MIFARE DESFire EV2 RFID cards that have the highest level of security and are virtually impossible to copy. The data on them is protected by DES/2K3DES/3K3DES/AES crypto algorithms. They are printable and work at a distance of 5-10 cm, which depends on the reader type. There is no mechanical contact between the cards and the terminal, which prolongs their longevity during continuous use.

  • Frequency: 13.56 MHz (Mifare)
  • Mode: Passive (without the use of power-battery)
  • Data format: ISO/IEC 14443-4, DES/2K3DES/3K3DES/AES
  • Temperature range: -25 °C to 70 °C
  • Dimensions: 54 mm (H) x 86 mm (W) x 0.8 mm (L)
  • For use in systems with maximum security
  • With possibility of printing on it

Dual chip Mifare cards (13.56 MHz) + UHF

125kHz/mifare printable card

Dual chip cards can be used in systems that use UHF long-range readers for parking control and standard mifare readers for access control or time and attendance in the facility. In this way, only one RFID card for the entire facility is enough for the employee. They are printable and operate at a distance of 0-10 m depending on the reader type. There is no mechanical contact between the cards and the terminal, which prolongs their longevity during continuous use.

  • Frequency: 13.56 MHz (Mifare) + 860~960 MHz (UHF)
  • Mode: Passive (without the use of power-battery)
  • Data Format: ISO14443-A + ISO18000-6C i EPC Class-1 Gen-2
  • Temperature range: -25 °C to 70 °C
  • Dimensions: 54 mm (H) x 86 mm (W) x 0.8 mm (L)
  • For use in systems with maximum security
  • With possibility of printing on it

G9102, UHF cards

UHF card with the possibility of printing

The G9102 RFID card is used for contactless identification in systems with UHF readers. They are printable and operate at a distance of 0-10 m depending on the reader type. There is no mechanical contact between the cards and the terminal, which prolongs their longevity during continuous use.

  • Frequency: 860~960 MHz
  • Mode: Passive (without the use of power-battery)
  • Chip type: NXP U-CODE 8
  • Temperature range: -25 °C to 70 °C
  • Dimensions: 54 mm (H) x 86 mm (W) x 0.8 mm (L)
  • With possibility of printing on it

UV professional card printing

example of card printing

For RFID cards which can be printed on, we can offer high-quality and professional printing with a UV printer. The UV printer performs the process of applying ink to the material DIRECTLY on its surface, after which the ink is stabilized with a UV Lamp. Cards printed in this way have a very long print life. Thanks to the UV technology we use, the card will be completely covered with print, without white edges. Printing is done in high resolution, precise and unchanging quality, even on cards made of different types of plastic material (PVC, ABS, PET and polycarbonate). After printing, the card is additionally coated with a layer of varnish, which allows us to further highlight and emphasize the printed application.

Various information about the employee, image, company logo, employee ID are usually printed on the card... In order for the cards to be re-used in case the employee leaves the company, we recommend printing only the employee ID number and your company logo.

  • Printing method: high-quality UV printing
  • Maximum resolution: 1200 x 1200 dpi
  • Print type: full color
  • Supported materials: PVC, ABS, PET and polycarbonate (including contact and contactless cards)
