The system tracks various types of events — arrivals, departures, breaks, field work, absences… The event type can be further customized or created if the existing one does not suit or does not exist. Reports can be generated by employees, departments and in various time intervals. The administrator can easily spot errors because they are marked with the appropriate color.

Data can be exported in multiple formats (xls, pdf, txt, csv…), but the format compatible with Microsoft Excel is most often used. After creating the report, the Administrator can send it to the accounting or other department via email. The first time the report is sent, it is necessary to set the sending parameters.

Work at remote locations can be monitored via Android and Windows applications. Depending on the number of employees, events can be recorded individually or in groups with the option of adding a picture and GPS location. The system supports various types of terminals and controllers. They can be with or without buttons, as well as with a built-in camera. BCM controllers offer professional protection of (Security Grade IV) facilities with access control, with mifare RFID EV2 cards that cannot be copied.

The system is flexible: You choose where and how many terminals you want, as well as which events you want to record, so that the number of events can be adjusted to the needs of the company. Larger companies can use readers for event registration to speed up the flow of employees, i.e. employees do not have to press function keys to select the type of event, as with some terminals.

ervTimeAtt - software for recording working hours
ervTimeAtt is software for recording working hours which consists of a server part that collects data from the terminal and a client part that processes the data and generates reports. The software runs on a 64-bit Windows platform, and the client part can be used on multiple computers in a network. Supports report creation and customization using the report designer, as well as data export to various formats.

Security and support
Regularly creating a backup copy of the database is important for data security. We also offer customers an extended technical support package with periodic system checks.
The ervElevate application allows running the software with administrator privileges without the need to constantly enter a password, which increases security and ease of use.
Remote support
For remote support we use AnyDesk. Support is possible by simply entering a 9-digit connection ID, and after a successful connection, the user must additionally accept it.

Events available from any device
ervWeb is a module that allows for a simple view of working time data via any internet browser (Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS) and from different devices (computer, laptop, phone…). Both employees and managers can have a better insight into the event record in this way.
Main functions of the ervWeb module:
- The administrator assigns access rights for individual departments or the entire company
- The employee has insight into his events and can optionally communicate with superiors around them
- Managers monitor the presence and events of employees in real time, which increases productivity
Each user has a personalized insight into the data and can communicate with the administrator by announcing an absence or justifying an event directly via a web browser.
Remote time and attendance tracking
Tracking time and attendance on remote locations enables efficient monitoring of employees in remote locations, as well as maintaining productivity. This solution brings savings because no additional hardware is required, and it enables accurate and transparent event recording.
Flexible scheduling and working from home increase employee productivity and loyalty, reduce stress and encourage accountability, and managers can have insight into their work at any time.
Software for mobile time and attendance
ervTimeClock is an application that allows using a PC, laptop or mobile phone as a terminal for time tracking. It is ideal for use when working from home, on a construction site, in the field... It works on Windows and Android devices and does not require additional investments in hardware and installation.
Event recording is possible for an individual and for a group of employees. If a single employee is being recorded, a card is not required for them. If the devices are used for group recording, a suitable USB RFID reader is required on Windows, and a phone with NFC support on Android devices. Devices with an integrated camera can capture a picture of the user at the time of registration, and Android devices can also capture the location.
