What is ervTimeAtt?
ervTimeAtt is a time and attendance software with a client and server part. The client part is used for operators and report creation, while the server part collects data from terminals and uses a MySQL/MariaDB database. A module for web event review and mobile logging is also available. It runs on the Windows platform with administrator rights.
Is there a demo version?
Yes, it is possible to test the software for free with a test database and without a terminal, to check if it suits your needs.
What knowledge does an administrator need?
Basic knowledge of time and attendance records and good knowledge of the Windows environment are required.
Is training mandatory?
Not required. The software is simple, user-friendly and with instructions, reports can be created within 10 minutes after installation and data download from the terminal. Serbian, English and German are supported.
How long does the data calculation take?
On average, about 15 minutes per day for every 100 employees, depending on the complexity of the settings.
How many workers can be registered per terminal?
The number of terminals depends on the type of device and the number of employees in a company's shift. A rough estimate is that for companies with 50-100 employees in a shift, one terminal is often sufficient.
Computer requirements:
64-bit Windows 10 or higher, i3/AMD Athlon processor with 2+ cores, DDR3 RAM or better, internet connection and SSD recommended. The software works on all modern computers.
